If a client needs to hire a resource either part-time or full time we offer a DFY Service that assists them from sourcing the potential client all the way to when they are hired. Over an agreed upon timeline, our team will work with the client to get the position criteria, hiring timeline agreed upon salary (or hourly rate) and work with them to find the right candidate.

    We will determine the best sites to source for the position for you. 

  • Assist with Sourcing Process

    Our team will help you all the way through the sourcing process including posting on the various job sites.

  • Review and Streamline Candidates 

    We will review and narrow the candidate-field down to the most qualified.

  • Schedule and Conduct Screening Calls

    Our team coaches and guides you all of the way through the process, including conducting screening calls, providing a list of final candidates, and helping you with the interview process.

What To Expect After Delivery:​

  • Document/ AD Creation

    Our team will:


    Create and post any of the ads needed to solicit potential candidate responses


    Post/email the job description to qualified candidates (once approved)


    We will track progress and keep the client up-to-date



  • Process for Potential Candidates

    Process for Potential Candidates After Ad is Posted

    Potential candidate responds to ad and is marked as a yes -


    We will screen all candidates and filter the ones that appear to be a good fit on paper.


    Note: Because resumes don’t always accurately depict a candidate’s ability to do the job,
    a 15-20 min screening call will be conducted by our team to filter the final candidates.


    Candidates who have passed the screening call will be given a sample project/task to complete successfully.  


    Those candidates who successfully complete the above steps will be scheduled for an interview with the hiring client (the goal is to have 2-3 viable candidates).


    Finally: Interview with client

  • If the Candidate Does Well

    We will provide candidate info so you can check your calendar for interview time-slots.


    Debrief is done with final candidates tracked to review.


    Candidate moves to hired or not a fit status.


    We will notify the selected candidate is notified and can assist with an onboarding recommendations
    (if needed).


    Candidates who are not selected will be notified by our team as well.
